文章运用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数对大学生近一个月的睡眠质量进行调查,分析探讨睡眠质量各因素与体质健康水平的相关性结果显示:大学生的睡眠状况令人担忧,31.4%的大学生有睡眠质量问题;睡眠质量与大学生的体质健康水平呈强相关性!大学生体质成持续下降趋势,而合理睡眠对其影响颇深,睡眠问题日渐突出。合理睡眠,如何保证身体健康已经成为我们亟待解决的问题。
The article uses the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index to investigate the quality of college students ’sleep for nearly one month. The correlation between the factors of quality of sleep and physique and health is analyzed. The results show that college students’ sleep condition is worrying, and 31.4% of college students have quality of sleep. The quality of sleep has a strong correlation with the physique and health of undergraduates. The physique of undergraduates continues to decline, while the effect of reasonable sleep has a profound impact on them, and the sleep problems have become increasingly prominent. Reasonable sleep, how to ensure good health has become our urgent problem.
