公司是人类社会发展所产生的一种群聚现象,体现出了一种人与人之间的团结与互助。公司的产生和发展是社会文明进步的一个重要标志,在一个相对平等、自由的集团组织中,公司内部的各个成员用自己的聪明智慧和勤劳创造着财富。但是,公司作为一个社会团体,由公司内部的企业法人承担着一定的法律责任。公司既是一个盈利组织,也应该承担着推动社会发展的责任,这是公司在繁荣与发展的同时应尽的社会义务。一个公司只有用社会责任感武装自己,才能够提高公司内部的核心凝聚力,才能够在激烈的市场竞争中,使自己立于不败之地。本文通过探究公司的社会责任对公司法理论产生的具体影响进行探讨,提出几点促进公司发展内部和谐的可行性建议。
The corporation is a kind of agglomeration produced by the development of human society and reflects a kind of unity and mutual assistance between people. The emergence and development of a company is an important symbol of the progress of social civilization. In a relatively equal and free group organization, all members of the company create wealth with their own cleverness and hardworking. However, the company, as a social organization, is assumed to have certain legal responsibilities by corporate entities within the company. The company is not only a profit organization, but also should assume the responsibility of promoting social development. This is a social obligation that the company should fulfill at the same time of prosperity and development. Only by armed themselves with a sense of social responsibility can a company improve its core cohesion and be able to make itself invincible in the fierce market competition. This paper explores the specific impact of corporate social responsibility on corporate law theory and puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the company’s internal harmony.
