自中央军委确立人才战略工程后,我军不断加强基于国民教育的军官培养机制建设,军校任职的大学生军官学员数量不断增加,军校的思政教育也随之出现了各式各样的问题。针对这些问题,本文将对军校任职培养学员思政教育的着眼点进行研究分析,以期给相关研究者以有益借鉴。
Since the establishment of the Talents Strategy Project by the Central Military Commission, our military has continuously strengthened the training mechanism for officers based on the national education. There has been an increase in the number of university officer officers employed by the military academies and the emergence of a variety of problems in the ideological and political education of the military academy. In response to these problems, this article will focus on researching and developing military academies and universities students ideological and political education, with a view to the relevant researchers to learn from.
