四川鼎天(集团)有限公司是国家级高新技术企业,注册资本2.2亿元人民币,形成了多媒体高速信息网络系统集成、多媒体数字产品研发与生产、多媒体应用软件出版与发行等三大核心业务。1988年12月,鼎天公司成功地收购“东方电工”,更名为“鼎天科技”,成为高科技上市公司,扩大了融资渠道,并在北京、成都、郑州、武汉等十大城市建立了鼎天讯网络公司,逐步建立了鼎天产品的销售网络和服务体系。
Sichuan Dingtian (Group) Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise with a registered capital of 220 million yuan. It has formed three core businesses: multimedia high-speed information network system integration, multimedia digital product R&D and production, and multimedia application software publishing and distribution. In December 1988, Dingtian Company successfully acquired “Dongfang Electric” and changed its name to “Dingtian Technology”. It became a high-tech listed company and expanded its financing channels. It was established in ten major cities including Beijing, Chengdu, Zhengzhou and Wuhan. Ding Tianxun Network Company has gradually established Dingtian’s sales network and service system.
