第一次常务理事会议于1980年12月11日至13日在北京中国空间技术研究院招待所召开。这次会议主要是总结1980年学会工作和初步安排1981年学会学术活动计划,并讨论学报的办刊方向。常务理事会根据议题进行了充分的讨论。一致拥护金建中同志所传达的科协二大精神,同意华中一同志关于参加第八届国际真空会议的情况报告和学会明年的活动计划说明。一致同意申请参加国际真空科学、技术与应用协会。同意1980年学会工作汇报。根
The first executive director meeting was held at the guest house of the China Institute of Space Technology in Beijing from December 11 to December 13, 1980. The meeting mainly summarizes the 1980 Institute of work and preliminary arrangements for academic activities in 1981 to plan and discuss the direction of the journal. The standing council conducted a full discussion based on the issues. They all unanimously support the spirit of the Association for Science and Technology as conveyed by Comrade Jin Jianzhong and agree on a report on the situation of a comrade in one Central China participating in the Eighth International Vacuum Conference and a plan for learning next year’s activities. Unanimously agreed to apply for participation in the International Association of Vacuum Science, Technology and Applications. Agreed to report on the work of the Institute in 1980. root
