新显色剂5-(5-硝基-2-吡啶偶氮)-2,4-二氨基甲苯(5-NO_2-PA-DAT),用作为测定钴和铑的高灵敏度试剂,在586nm处,钴及铑与试剂形成的配合物的吸光度具有很好的加和性。本文利用该试剂与钴,铑显色反应的温度差异,建立了一种高灵敏度光度法同时测定钴,铑的新方法。其灵敏度为钴浓度在0~3.2μg/10mL;铑浓度在0~6.5μg/10mL时服从比耳定律。所拟方法灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简便,用于合成样中微量钴,铑的同时测定。结果满意。
The new reagent 5- (5-nitro-2-pyridylazo) -2,4-diaminotoluene (5-NO 2 -PA-DAT) was used as a sensitive reagent for the determination of cobalt and rhodium at 586 nm , Cobalt and rhodium and reagent complexes formed by the absorbance has very good additivity. In this paper, a new high sensitivity spectrophotometric method for the simultaneous determination of cobalt and rhodium was developed by using the temperature difference between the reagent and cobalt and rhodium. The sensitivity is cobalt concentration 0 ~ 3.2μg / 10mL; rhodium concentration 0 ~ 6.5μg / 10mL obey Beer’s law. The proposed method has the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity and simple operation, and is used for the simultaneous determination of trace amounts of cobalt and rhodium in synthetic samples. Satisfactory results.
