钛合金TC4(Ti-6Al-4V)作根管-骨内种植术种植体,临床观察53个月、超低碳不锈钢00Cr18Ni13Mo3作同样种植体临床观察6个月,经扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪观察分析,其表面均有轻微金属元素贫化现象,值得注意的是该区又皆有来自机体Ca、P等元素附着或嵌入,加强了松牙固定效果。以同样方法在狗、猴牙种植17和14个月后,种植体检测结果与上述临床资料相同;组织学检查证明,两种材料均有良好的组织相容性。
Titanium alloy TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) was used as a root canal-osseous implants. The clinical observation was 53 months.
