目的探讨无精子症患者精浆果糖定性与精浆pH值之间的关系。方法对362例初诊为无精子症的患者进行精浆果糖定性分析及精浆pH检测。结果果糖阳性患者285例,精浆pH值为7.43±0.13;果糖阴性患者77例,精浆pH值为6.46±0.16。与果糖阳性患者相比,果糖阴性患者pH值显著降低(P<0.01)。结论无精子症患者精浆果糖定性与精浆pH值之间有一定的关系,果糖阳性的患者精浆pH值偏高;将果糖定性与精浆pH值结合可辅助诊断无精子症类型。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the qualities of fructose and the pH value of seminal plasma in patients with azoospermia. Methods A total of 362 newly diagnosed as patients with azoospermia seminal plasma fructose qualitative analysis and seminal plasma pH detection. Results 285 cases of fructose-positive patients, seminal plasma pH value of 7.43 ± 0.13; 77 cases of fructose-negative patients, seminal plasma pH value of 6.46 ± 0.16. Compared with fructose-positive patients, the pH value of fructose-negative patients was significantly lower (P <0.01). Conclusion There is a certain relationship between the quality of seminal plasma fructose and the pH value of seminal plasma in patients with azoospermia. The pH value of seminal plasma of fructose-positive patients is high. The combination of fructose qualitative and seminal plasma pH can help diagnose the type of azoospermia.
