我们从1985年以来,采用~(80)Co—γ射线对香菇木屑培养料进行辐射灭菌试验,在1.0~1.8兆拉德(Mrad)剂量范围内,不仅能达到灭菌的目的,且可促进培养料中某些纤维素降解成可溶性糖,从而促使香菇菌丝生长,提高鲜香菇产量(《上海农业学报》,1986第3期)。本试验是在此基础上,应用最佳辐射灭菌剂量1.2Mrad 辐照香菇木屑培养料,进一步观察辐照培养料对鲜菇产量的影响。材料和方法试验采用本所1.5×10~4后里~(60)Co—Y 辐照源。(一)培养料:木屑78%、米糠20%、蔗糖和石膏各1%,含水量约55%。拌匀后装聚丙烯薄膜袋,每袋重0.75公斤,袋口套颈圈、扎橡皮筋加棉塞。
