目的观察不同保存时间的溴敌隆母液、粉剂对药效的影响。方法生产日期分别是1995年、1999年的溴敌隆粉剂和1995年、2000年的溴敌隆母液,分别配制成0.005%的毒饵,以大鼠和小鼠为实验对象,每组6只,做实验室无选择溴敌隆毒饵实验。结果各组动物在喂食毒饵后,实验大鼠、小鼠全部死亡,大鼠最长存活7d,小鼠最长存活13d,经生存分析,大鼠、小鼠存活时间对各种毒饵的差异均无统计学意义(大鼠:χ2=0.43,P=0.934;小鼠:χ2=7.07,P=0.070);保存时间分别为5~10年的溴敌隆母液和粉剂对大鼠、小鼠药效无变化。结论溴敌隆粉剂和母液在适宜的保存条件下,药效至少在10年内未发生显著变化。
Objective To observe the effects of different concentrations of bromadiolone mother liquor and powder on the efficacy of different preservation time. Methods The production date was respectively bromophloxacin in 1995 and 1999 and bromothyronide mother liquor in 1995 and 2000 respectively, and were respectively formulated into 0.005% bait. Rats and mice were used as experimental objects, with 6 rats in each group. No choice of laboratory bromadiolone bait experiment. Results After feeding baits, experimental rats and mice all died. The longest survival time of rats was 7 days and the longest survival time of mice was 13 days. According to the survival analysis, the survival time of rats and mice (Χ2 = 0.43, P = 0.934; Mice: χ2 = 7.07, P = 0.070); Bromadiolone mother liquor and powder with the preservation time of 5 to 10 years had no effect on rats and mice No effect change. Conclusion The efficacy of bromadiolone powder and mother liquor under suitable storage conditions did not change significantly for at least 10 years.
