圆柱管排流体诱导振动及换热特性数值分析

基于Workbench和CFX模拟技术对流体诱导不同间距(L=1.5 d、3.5 d、4.5 d和5 d)顺排和叉排圆柱振动及换热特性进行了数值分析。研究结果表明:流体诱导顺排圆柱振动,其圆柱间距存在一个临界值L=3.5 d,当间距小于3.5 d,随着间距的减小,下游圆柱振动的幅值和频率减小;当间距大于3.5 d,下游圆柱的振动频率不再随着间距的增大而变化;下游圆柱处于上游圆柱的尾流涡尾部时,振动幅值较小,但圆柱侧面平均换热效果较佳。同工况同间距下,流体诱导顺排圆柱下游圆柱的振动幅值和频率大于叉排圆柱下游圆柱的振动幅值。当L>3.5 d时,流体诱导顺排圆柱下游圆柱的换热效果优于叉排圆柱下游圆柱的换热效果。 Based on the workbench and CFX simulations, the fluid induced vibration and heat transfer characteristics of the columns and columns with different pitches (L = 1.5 d, 3.5 d, 4.5 d and 5 d) were numerically analyzed. The results show that there is a critical value L = 3.5 d for cylindrical vibration induced by the fluid, and the amplitude and frequency of downstream cylindrical vibration decrease as the spacing decreases. When the spacing is greater than 3.5 d, the vibration frequency of the downstream cylinder no longer changes with the increase of the spacing. When the downstream cylinder is in the wake vortex tail part of the upstream cylinder, the vibration amplitude is smaller, but the average heat transfer efficiency on the cylinder side is better. Under the same working condition and same spacing, the fluid induced amplitude and frequency of the vibration of the column downstream of the column parallel to the column are greater than the vibration amplitude of the column downstream of the column of column fork. When L> 3.5 d, the heat transfer effect of the fluid-induced column downstream of the column is better than that of the column downstream of the column.
