为方便进行焊接机器人的快速修复与成型路径规划,设计一种焊接机器人工作辅助软件,以其路径数据为核心,构建层次清晰的功能框架.该软件具有基于交互式在线辅助示教与基于CAD数据处理两种路径生成方式,以及可视化三维交互环境和通信连接工具等多项辅助功能,并同时提供针对不同厂家的焊接机器人执行脚本文件生成和即时运动执行函数两种控制方式.试验结果表明,软件具有较好的实用性和可靠性.
In order to facilitate the rapid repair of welding robot and the planning of forming path, a kind of work assistant software for welding robot is designed to construct a clear function framework with its path data as the core.The software has the functions of interactive on-line teaching based on CAD data Processing two kinds of path generation methods and visualization of three-dimensional interactive environment and communication connection tools and many other auxiliary functions, and at the same time provide welding robots for different manufacturers to perform the script file generation and real-time exercise function of two control methods.The results show that the software Has good practicality and reliability.
