采用高效液相色谱法测定了海洋胃药中胡椒碱的含量，方法简便，有效，准确。其方法回收率为９９．４％，ＲＳＤ为１．６％，为控制海洋胃药的内在质量提供了新的方法。
The content of piperine in marine stomach medicine was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The method was simple, effective and accurate. The method of recovery of 99.4%, RSD of 1.6%, for the control of the inherent quality of marine stomach medicine provides a new method.
