目的:探讨胶质瘤磁共振灌注成像参数(PWI)与微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法:对本院35例胶质瘤行术前磁共振灌注成像,计算肿瘤实质平均相对脑血容量(rCBV)及平均通过时间(MTT)。利用免疫组化方法测定(MVD)。分析平均rCBV、MTT与MVD关系。结果:胶质瘤的平均rCBV值为1.82±0.68,MTT为1.007±0.04,MVD为34.33±15.44,采用线性回归分析,胶质瘤平均rCBV值与MVD有相关性(r=0.807,P<0.05),MTT与MVD无相关性(r=-0.071,P>0.05)。结论:磁共振灌注成像rCBV值能够评价胶质瘤微血管的密度与含量。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between perfusion imaging parameters (PWI) and microvessel density (MVD) in gliomas. Methods: 35 cases of glioma in our hospital underwent preoperative MRI perfusion imaging to calculate the real relative cerebral blood volume (rCBV) and mean transit time (MTT). Using immunohistochemistry (MVD). Analysis of the average rCBV, MTT and MVD relationship. Results: The average rCBV of glioma was 1.82 ± 0.68, the MTT was 1.007 ± 0.04, the MVD was 34.33 ± 15.44. The linear regression analysis showed that the average value of rCBV in gliomas was correlated with MVD (r = 0.807, P <0.05) ), No correlation between MTT and MVD (r = -0.071, P> 0.05). Conclusion: MRC rCBV can evaluate the density and content of glioma microvessels.
