以圆冠榆和大叶白蜡为试材,研究反季节移栽不同处理(遮荫加液、遮荫不加液、不遮荫加液、不遮荫不加液)条件下的细胞膜透性,丙二醛(MDA)含量,过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性及根系活力的变化,以了解各树种反季节移栽的生理修复过程。结果表明:随着移栽时间的增长,2个树种的细胞膜透性,MDA含量及SOD、CAT、POD活性在不同处理下呈现不同的变化趋势,根系活力均呈明显的上升趋势;移栽12 d前后为植株生长最严重的受抑制时期,移栽30 d后逐渐恢复到移植时的生理状态。圆冠榆和大叶白蜡在反季节移栽中具有良好的恢复适应性,遮荫处理对干旱半干旱区反季节移栽具有重要意义。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different treatments (shading plus liquid, shading plus liquid, no shading plus liquid, no shading plus liquid) , Malondialdehyde (MDA) content, peroxidase (POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) activity and root activity were measured to understand the physiological Repair process. The results showed that with the increase of transplanting time, the cell membrane permeability, MDA content, SOD, CAT and POD activities of the two species showed different trends under different treatments, and the root activity increased obviously. Transplanting 12 d before and after the plant growth was the most inhibitory period, 30 d after transplantation gradually restored to the physiological state of transplantation. The crown elm and the big leaf white wax have good recovery adaptability in the anti-season transplanting, and the shading treatment is of great significance to the anti-season transplanting in the arid and semi-arid areas.
