研究4个不同来源的组合诱导产生的单倍体在海南和黑龙江省自然加倍率的差异。结果表明,不同来源的材料其单倍体自然加倍率差异明显,相同来源的单倍体在海南和黑龙江省的自然加倍率也有明显差异,4个组合在海南的平均自然加倍率为7.61%,在黑龙江省为4.42%;其中组合M03(瑞德)在海南和黑龙江省的自然加倍率平均为9.94%,在4个组合中最高;M04(兰卡斯特)的平均加倍率为3.88%,为4个组合中最低,在海南比黑龙江省更有利于玉米单倍体的自然加倍。
To study the differences of natural doubling rates in Hainan and Heilongjiang provinces induced by the combination of four different sources. The results showed that there were significant differences in haploid doubling rates between different origins. The doubling rates of haploids in Hainan and Heilongjiang provinces were significantly different. The average doubling rate of natural haplotypes in Hainan was 7.61% In Heilongjiang province was 4.42%. The natural double rate of M03 (Reid) in Hainan and Heilongjiang Province was 9.94% on average, which was the highest among the four combinations. The average magnification of M04 (Lancaster) was 3.88% Which is the lowest among the four combinations and more conducive to the natural doubling of maize haploid in Hainan than in Heilongjiang Province.
