毛泽东同志说过:“革命没有妇女参加就是半身不遂。”同样,社会主义建设也离不开妇女的参与。改革开放为广大妇女施展才华开辟了广阔的天地,一大批出类拔萃、德才兼备的优秀女性人才不断走上各级领导岗位,妇女参政已成为历史的必然。但目前妇女从政仍存在“一低三少”现象。“一低”是从政人数比较低。“三少”是高层次少,正职少、主干线上人少。妇女从政仍步履维艰。 Comrade Mao Zedong once said: “The revolution is half-done without the participation of women.” Similarly, the socialist construction can not be separated from the participation of women.
