目的 :评价透明晶体摘除后房型人工晶体植入术矫正高度近视的有效性、安全性。方法 :对 32例 5 8眼高度近视行透明晶体超声乳化摘除后房型折叠人工晶体植入术。患者年龄 2 7～ 49岁 ,平均 36 .42岁。双眼 2 5例 ,单眼 8例 ,随访 3～ 18个月。结果 :患眼术后视力≥ 0 .5者 40眼占 6 8.9%者 ;最佳矫正视力≥ 0 .5者 5 0眼占 86 .2 %。术中无一例发生后囊破裂。术后有 4例6眼 (10 .3% )发生后囊混浊 ,行 Nd:YAG激光后囊切开术。随访期内未发现视网膜脱离、黄斑水肿、出血 ,青光眼 ,人工晶体偏心等并发症。结论 :透明晶体摘除治疗高度近视术后效果满意、安全 ,但仍需长期随访 ,注意远期并发症的发生 Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of high myopia. Methods: 32 cases of high myopia with 58 eyes were treated by phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Patients aged 27 to 49 years old, with an average of 36.42 years old. 25 cases of binocular, monocular 8 cases, followed up for 3 to 18 months. Results: The visual acuity ≥ 0.5 in 40 patients accounted for 6 8.9%, and the best corrected visual acuity ≥ 0.5 was 86.2% in 50 patients. No case of posterior capsule rupture occurred. Posterior capsular opacities occurred in 4 cases (10.3%) after operation, and Nd: YAG laser posterior capsulotomy was performed. During follow-up, no retinal detachment, macular edema, bleeding, glaucoma, intraocular lens decency and other complications were found. Conclusions: The treatment of high myopia with clear crystal excision is satisfactory and safe, but long-term follow-up is still required. Pay attention to the occurrence of long-term complications
