对抗衰老药物的研究是目前世界上普遍受重视的问题,国内外研究较多,涉及面广,已取得不少进展。本文将近年来国内外已发表的研究成果(指已取得动物实验证实或已上临床使用的)归纳为七种类型叙述,如细胞寿命影响人体寿命;免疫功能衰退使人早衰;游离基学说与抗氧化剂;突变学说和保护药物;交联学说和抗阻药物;大脑功能减退及它的促进剂;内分泌方面及其它等。从目前所研究的抗衰老药物看,它只是抗衰老的措施中的一种,而抗衰老并非单一药物或某一措施所能显效,故目前均主张尽量采用一切有利因素和措施,配合进行,方可推迟衰老,却病延年。

Anti-aging drugs currently studied look, it is only one of anti-aging measures, and anti-aging is not a single drug or a measure can be effective, it is currently advocated as far as possible to take all the favorable factors and measures to cooperate, Only to postpone aging, but sickness and delay.
