目的评价楔状缺损不同充填方法对其脱落率的影响。方法随机将140例患有楔状缺损的患者分别采用玻璃离子直接充填、光固化树脂充填、微孔加玻璃离子直接充填的方法,观察一年后其脱落率。结果玻璃离子直接充填一年后其脱落率为14%,微孔加玻璃离子充填的脱落率为10%,光固化充填脱落率为20%。结论楔状缺损充填后的脱落率以微孔加玻璃离子的最低,玻璃离子直接充填次之,光固化最高。
Objective To evaluate the effect of different filling methods of wedge-shaped defect on its abscission rate. Methods One hundred and forty patients with wedge-shaped defect were randomized to receive direct glass ion implantation, photocurable resin filling, and direct-hole micro-pore plus glass ion implantation, respectively. Results After the glass ions were directly filled for one year, their exfoliation rate was 14%, that of micro-pore plus glass ion filling was 10%, and that of light-cured filling was 20%. CONCLUSION: The wedge-shaped defect filling rate is the lowest in terms of micropores and glass ions, followed by glass ions, followed by light curing.
