在我国公共领域功能的显现开始于90年代,但是近年来由于商业化的渗透以及传媒自身机制的局限性,传统的公共领域尽显衰落之势。随着我国民主化进程的发展,在网络时代的今天,大众传媒作为民主政治的重要条件对公民自由讨论政治,参与政治生活有着巨大的影响。单就这些来讲,重构公共领域是当下势在必行的一件大事。而微博作为一种新兴媒介,其信息的易获取性以及传播的高效性、匿名性、去中心化等特点都为公共领域的重建创造了有利条件。
The emergence of functions in our public sphere started in the 90s, but in recent years the traditional public sphere has been declining due to the commercialization infiltration and the limitations of the media’s own mechanisms. With the development of the democratization process in our country, the mass media as an important condition of democratic politics in today’s Internet era has a tremendous impact on citizens’ free discussion of politics and their participation in political life. As far as these are concerned, the reconstruction of the public domain is an imperative event now. As a new media, weibo, microblogging, easy access to information and the efficiency, anonymity and decentralization of communication have all created favorable conditions for the reconstruction of the public domain.
