上海市第六人民医院档案工作,分别于1995、1997年通过了国家二级、一级标准评审。在此基础上,我们不断寻求新的突破点,巩固升级成果。全面推行部门预立卷工作,将档案管理从源头抓起,落实责任制考核,确保了档案管理的规范化、标准化、科学化。 几年来,我院已形成了一支稳定的档案兼职网络人员队伍。各个职能科室都设有档案兼职人员,是部门立卷的操作人员。档案兼职人员都有岗位责任制,这些都为做好部门预立卷工作起到了保证作用,使工作落到实处。
The archives work of Shanghai No. 6 People’s Hospital passed the national second-level and first-grade standards review in 1995 and 1997 respectively. On this basis, we are constantly seeking new breakthroughs to consolidate the upgrade. Full implementation of departmental pre-coiling work, starting from the source of file management, the implementation of the responsibility system assessment, to ensure the standardization, standardization and scientific management of the file. Over the past few years, our college has formed a stable team of file and part-time network personnel. Each functional department has archives and part-time personnel, and is the department’s operating personnel. Both file and part-time staff have a post responsibility system, which all play a role in guaranteeing the department’s pre-registration work and make the work carried out.
