喜树碱是我国应用的一种抗癌新药。本文进一步研究了药物对小鼠免疫活性的影响,结果如下: 本实验采用肝癌和网织细胞肉瘤二株小鼠移植瘤,实验证明带瘤小鼠能排斥第二次同种肿瘤移植,这种现象称为肿瘤相伴免疫(CTI)。我们以CTI为指标观察了喜树碱的免疫抑制作用。给小鼠腹腔注射喜树碱1mg/kg连续9天时,对免疫有明显的抑制作用;每4天给药一次,有中等抑制;而40mg/kg一次注射的影响最小。以喜树碱12.5mg/kg注射2次,对免疫无明显影响。喜树碱对免疫的抑制作用并不持久,停药9天后免疫功能可恢复。
Camptothecin is a new anti-cancer drug used in China. This article further studied the effect of drugs on mice’s immune activity, the results are as follows: This experiment uses two mouse transplanted tumors of liver cancer and reticulocyte sarcoma. Experiments show that tumor-bearing mice can reject the second time the same kind of tumor transplantation. The phenomenon is called tumor-associated immunity (CTI). We used CTI as an indicator to observe the immunosuppressive effects of camptothecin. When the mice were intraperitoneally injected with camptothecin 1 mg/kg for 9 consecutive days, there was a significant inhibitory effect on immunity; once every 4 days, there was moderate inhibition; and 40 mg/kg had the least impact. Two injections of camptothecin 12.5 mg/kg had no significant effect on immunity. The inhibitory effect of camptothecin on immunity was not long-lasting, and immune function was restored after 9 days of withdrawal.
