目的　探讨老年急性肠梗阻围手术期中西医结合治疗的效果。方法　单纯性肠梗阻 2 7例 ,采用电针足三里、内关 ,同时以加味大承气汤灌肠 ;其他肠梗阻患者手术后第 2天予电针足三里、内关 ,中药灌肠 ,同时内服四磨汤加味。结果　 68例中治愈 62例 ,治愈率 91% ;单纯肠梗阻 2 7例经非手术治疗 ,梗阻解除 19例 ,中转手术 8例 ;本组有 1例死于心肺并发症。结论　对老年急性肠梗阻患者 ,在围手术期合理运用中西医结合治疗 ,可取得较好的疗效 Objective To investigate the effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on perioperative management of senile acute intestinal obstruction.
