快凝技术是近年发展起来的,用于改善贮氢合金电极性能的一种新工艺。利用该法制备的稀土贮氢合金电极材料具有柱状晶结构,晶体择优生长,并产生各向异性变形晶体点阵以及原子有序变化等晶体学特性。 本文根据X射线衍射分析的结果,探讨这些晶体学性质在晶粒细化以及电化学性能研究中的作用,为进一步提高合金电极性能提供理论依据。
Rapid solidification technology developed in recent years, for improving the performance of hydrogen storage alloy electrode a new technology. The rare earth-based hydrogen storage alloy electrode material prepared by the method has a columnar crystal structure, the crystal is gifted for growth, and the anisotropic deformed crystal lattice and the orderly change of the crystal characteristics are produced. Based on the results of X-ray diffraction analysis, the role of these crystallographic properties in the grain refinement and electrochemical properties is discussed in this paper, providing a theoretical basis for further improving the performance of the alloy electrode.
