河南省南阳──襄樊盆地(简称南襄盆地)第三系地层中已找到了油田,但只有几口井钻遇白垩系顶部地层,对盆地内白垩系情况不明。南襄盆地周缘发育有中生代盆地群。盆地群形成于华北板块与扬子板块碰撞缝合带上和印支一燕山期形成的东秦岭褶皱系基础上,白湾盆地是盆地群中的一个盆地,通过剖析白湾盆地形成的大地构造背景、构造特征、白垩系的古生物地层、古气候、沉积相和沉积体系等特征,可以认识盆地群的特征,同时为预测和评价南襄盆地白垩系含油气性提供依据,白湾盆地位于河南省镇平县西北约20km处。
Oilfields have been found in the Tertiary strata of the Nanyang-Xiangfan Basin (Nanyang Basin) in Henan Province, but only a few wells drilled the cretaceous Cretaceous and the Cretaceous in the basin is unknown. Nanxiang basin periphery developed Mesozoic basin group. Based on the collision belt between the North China Plate and the Yangtze Plate and the East Qinling fold system formed during the Indosinian-Yanshanian period, the Baiwan Basin is a basin in the basin group. By analyzing the tectonic setting of the Baiwan Basin, Tectonic features, Paleozoic strata of Cretaceous, palaeoclimate, sedimentary facies and sedimentary system can recognize the characteristics of basin group and provide evidences for predicting and evaluating the hydrocarbon generation of the Cretaceous in Nanxiang Basin. The Baiwan Basin is located in Henan Province Ping County, about 20km northwest.
