在河南省农业厅、河南省新闻出版广电局大力支持和关怀下,河南省水产科学研究院主办的《河南水产》从2015年5月由季刊变更为双月刊,由内部公开发行刊物变更为全国邮政发行。《河南水产》创刊于1989年9月,在二十六年的发展历程中,受到了省农业厅、省新闻出版广电局等主管部门的支持和指导,受到了省内外诸多专家学者的关心和厚爱,受到了水产行业的科研、推广、教学和一线水产工作者的垂青和关心;在此,我谨代表农业厅向长期以来支持和关爱《河南水产》的广大读者和作者表示衷
Under the strong support and care from Henan Provincial Department of Agriculture, Henan Provincial Bureau of Press, Publication, Broadcasting and Television, Henan Aquatic Products, sponsored by Henan Academy of Fishery Sciences, was changed from a quarterly publication to a bi-monthly publication in May 2015 and was changed from an internal public offering to a national postal issued.
