用符合系数(COC)对玉米DUS测试标准品种在云南种植结果与指南的差异性进行了分析。结果显示:除U8112、丹340、齐318、齐319的符合系数小于0.85外,其余的均大于0.95,武314、H21、获白、H4、多黄29、铁7922、掖52106和黄C的符合系数等于1,品种的适应性和来源与符合系数的大小无显著关系。约69.05%的性状的符合系数大于0.98,其中有16个性状的符合系数为1;68.75%的必测性状的符合系数为0.99和1,数量性状符合系数比质量性状小。从植株生长的不同时期和部位来看,符合系数大小依次为:生育期性状>雌穗性状>茎(株高、位高)叶性状>雄穗性状。
The differences of planting results and guidelines for maize DUS testing standard varieties in Yunnan Province were analyzed by conformity coefficient (COC). The results showed that except for the fitting coefficients of U8112, Dan 340, Qi 318 and Qi 319 were less than 0.85, the rest were all greater than 0.95, Wu 314, H21, Hu Bai, H4, Duo 29, Tie 7922, Ye 52106 and Huang C The coincidence coefficient is equal to 1, and the adaptability and origin of the breed have no significant relation with the coincidence coefficient. The conformity coefficient of about 69.05% of the traits was greater than 0.98, of which 16 traits had a coincidence coefficient of 1; 68.75% of the traits tested had a coincidence coefficient of 0.99 and 1, and the quantitative traits conforming to the coefficients were smaller than the quality traits. From the different stages and parts of the plant growth, the coincidence coefficients were as follows: growth traits> ear traits> stem (height, height) leaf traits> tassel traits.
