目的探讨分析护理管理路径对临床护理工作的影响情况。方法分析我院护士30名,随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予护理管理路径指导,包括加强责任制管理、规范专科护理流程、强化护理细节管理、加强个性化护理管理。对照组给予一般护理指导。指导周期为3个月,3个月后比较护理能力、病房管理、患者满意度和医务人员满意度。结果两组护理人员护理能力、病房管理、患者满意度和医务人员满意度比较,观察组均显著优于对照组,两组比较在统计学上具有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论护理管理路径可以提升护理人员的护理能力、病房管理、患者满意度和医务人员满意度,有临床推广的价值。
Objective To analyze the impact of nursing management on clinical nursing. Methods A total of 30 nurses in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given guidance on nursing management, including strengthening responsibility management, standardizing nursing process, strengthening nursing details management and strengthening personalized nursing management. Control group given general nursing guidance. The guidance cycle was 3 months, 3 months after the comparison of nursing ability, ward management, patient satisfaction and medical staff satisfaction. Results The two groups of nursing staff nursing ability, ward management, patient satisfaction and medical staff satisfaction, the observation group were significantly better than the control group, the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.01) . Conclusion The path of nursing management can improve the nurses’ nursing ability, ward management, patient satisfaction and medical staff satisfaction, which has the value of clinical promotion.
