醋酸加氢制乙醇经济性分析

醋酸可通过直接或间接加氢得到乙醇,该技术可延伸醋酸产品链,缓解醋酸行业产能过剩的局面。醋酸加氢制乙醇技术已具备工业化条件,该技术的经济性受多种因素影响。文章从工艺路线、原料价格、生产规模、建设投资、产品价格等方面对醋酸制乙醇进行经济性分析,通过定量分析考察各因素对醋酸制乙醇经济性的影响,并进行了敏感性分析。经分析发现,直接法和间接法醋酸制乙醇在经济上均可行,提高醋酸制乙醇经济效益的主要途径有:(1)获取稳定、廉价的氢气来源;(2)装置规模不小于10万吨/年;(3)尽量利用已有公辅设施,降低建设投资;(4)乙醇产品作为燃料乙醇销售。 Acetic acid can be obtained by direct or indirect hydrogenation of ethanol, the technology can extend the acetic acid product chain, ease the acetic acid industry overcapacity situation. The technology of hydrogenation of acetic acid to ethanol has been industrialized and the economy of the technology is affected by many factors. In this paper, the economic analysis of acetic acid ethanol from the aspects of process route, raw material price, production scale, construction investment, product price and so on, and through the quantitative analysis to examine the impact of various factors on the ethanol economy of acetic acid and sensitivity analysis. The analysis shows that both direct and indirect acetic acid to ethanol are economically feasible. The main ways to increase the economic benefits of acetic acid to ethanol include: (1) to obtain a stable and cheap hydrogen source; (2) the scale of the plant is not less than 100,000 tons / Year; (3) make full use of existing public facilities to reduce construction investment; (4) ethanol products sold as fuel ethanol.
