我国企业国有产权转让是改革开放以后,随着国有企业改革的不断深化而逐步产生、发展的,至今已有二十多年。随着我国市场经济体制的建立和不断完善,各类企业迅速发展,如何通过市场,以较低的交易成本,对各种企业资产进行整体性的优化配置,这是社会经济发展的客观要求。为了更好地使我国各类企业通过市场机制进行资产的优化配置,产权经纪应运而生。就目前来看,我国大部分产权交易机构均开展了以会员制为运营体制,以产权经纪机构为代理主体的产权经纪业务。
After the reform and opening up, the transfer of state-owned property rights of Chinese enterprises has been generating and developing gradually with the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises, which has been going on for more than 20 years. With the establishment and continuous improvement of the market economy system in our country, various types of enterprises have developed rapidly. Therefore, it is an objective requirement for social and economic development that how to optimize the overall allocation of assets of various enterprises through markets and at lower transaction costs. In order to better enable all kinds of enterprises in our country to optimize the allocation of assets through the market mechanism, property rights brokerage came into being. For now, most of China’s property rights trading institutions have carried out the property rights brokerage business which takes the membership system as the operating system and the property rights brokerage agency as the agent.
