美国心理学教授Ediwin A.Locke的目标设置理论认为:“有意识的目标能影响人的行为,能激励人为之不断努力,及时调整与修正目标与行为之间的偏差,最终实现既定目标”[1]。应用目标设置理论,帮助和引导后进生制订适当的目标定向,通过目标引领后进生的学习,增强其学习的针对性与主动性,增强抵抗外界诱惑的能力,最终达到“转化”的目的。一、目标确定:尊重学生目标分个人目标和教学目标。个人目标

Locke’s goal setting theory holds that: “Conscious goals can influence people’s behavior, inspire people to work hard, adjust and correct deviations between goals and behaviors in time, and finally achieve the stated goals.” “ [1]. Applying goal setting theory to help and guide future students to formulate appropriate target orientation, leading learning through backwardness, enhancing the pertinence and initiative of learning, and enhancing the ability to resist temptation of the outside world, finally achieving the goal of ”conversion" . First, the goal to determine: Respect student goals divided into personal goals and teaching goals. Personal goals
