心肌梗死是心血管疾病的主要死亡原因,尽管目前的冠状动脉介入手术治疗可重新打开堵塞的冠状动脉,为缺血区域的再灌注提供良好的机会,但梗死后重构的出现导致心肌结构发生不利重构,最终导致心力衰竭.在心室重构的过程中,转化生长因子β表达上调,且在心肌细胞凋亡、纤维化和心肌肥大过程中发挥重要作用,从而加重缺血再灌注损伤.现主要探讨转化生长因子β信号在心脏重构过程中的调节机制,为改善心肌梗死后心脏功能,提高心肌梗死患者的生存率提供靶点和方向.“,”Myocardial infarction is the main cause of death in cardiovascular disease.Although the interventional therapy now can reopen the occluded coronary artery,which provides a good opportunity for the reperfusion of the ischemic region.However,the myocardial remodeling after myocardial infarction can lead to adverse structural remodeling,which causes heart failure.In the process of ventricular remodeling,the expression of transforming growth factor-β is upregulated and plays an important role in myocardial apoptosis,fibrosis and cardiac hypertrophy,which aggravates ischemia-reperfusion injury.In this study,we mainly focused on the regulation of transforming growth factor-β signaling during cardiac remodeling and provided the targets and directions to improve cardiac function and the survival rate of patients with myocardial infarction.
