素有“南美巨人”之称的巴西,以它热情的狂欢节、国宝足球、碧海金沙、桑巴音乐而闻名于世。巴西的烹饪是一个多民族的万花筒,受葡萄牙、非洲、意大利和土著巴西人的共同影响,成为一个厨艺荟萃的国度。 金秋十月,巴西著名的大厨Maria Alice女士引领巴西美食来到上海,在巴黎春天大酒店举行了巴西美食周的盛大开幕仪式。
Known as “South American Giant ” said Brazil, with its passionate carnival, football, blue sea sand, samba music and world-famous. Brazilian cuisine is a multi-ethnic kaleidoscope that has become a culinary country by the collective influence of Portugal, Africa, Italy and indigenous Brazilians. In the autumn of October, famous Brazilian chef Maria Alice led the Brazilian cuisine to Shanghai and held a grand opening ceremony of the Brazilian Food Week at the Spring Hotel Paris.
