针对决策某矿山残矿回收采矿方案时,部分决策因素无法评分而出现残缺判断矩阵,导致无法决策的问题,应用AHP法中对残缺矩阵的处理方法补全判断矩阵,并验算一致性,满足可接受一致性条件后,再根据AHP法计算原理得出决策方案的权重排序,优选出某矿山残矿回收采矿方案为无底柱分段崩落法。矿山的生产实际情况表明,经过处理的残缺判断矩阵用于采矿方法选择是可行的。
