液压支架是煤矿填充采煤工作面重要的机械设备,研究充采液压支架底座受力特征对分析其可靠性具有重要的参考价值。根据工作面覆岩层变形规律,分析了液压支架底座的受力特征。以危险工况下的支架底座为研究对象,建立了多目标优化模型,对液压支架底座结构进行了改进,得出了内主肋板、外主肋板和底主肋板的最优厚度。
Hydraulic support is an important mechanical equipment for filling mine coalface, and studying the stress characteristics of hydraulic support base has important reference value for the analysis of its reliability. According to the deformation law of overlying strata in working face, the stress characteristics of hydraulic support base are analyzed. Taking the pedestal under dangerous conditions as the research object, a multi-objective optimization model was established and the base structure of the hydraulic support was improved. The optimal thickness of the inner main rib, outer main rib and bottom main rib was obtained.
