在完成42CrMo材料硬齿面齿轮大样本全寿命成组试验的基础上,通过试验数据处理获得了定寿命下极限应力概率分布和R S N曲线。提出有限元疲劳寿命预测法的研究策略和实施方法,采用虚拟技术得到了42CrMo齿轮应力寿命曲线,与实际试验齿轮S N曲线较为接近。
Based on the full-life group test of 42CrMo hard-toothed gear, the ultimate stress probability distribution and R S N curve under fixed life are obtained through the experimental data processing. The research method and implementation method of finite element fatigue life prediction method are proposed. The stress life curve of 42CrMo gear is obtained by virtual technology, which is close to the S N curve of the actual test gear.
