The atmospheric densities and temperature distributions in the altitude range from 30 to 43 km at Hefei (31.9 ° N / 117.17 ° E) were observed using L625 355 nm and 532 nm dual-channel Rayleigh scattering laser Fuda. These results show good agreement with the density and temperature of NOAA / NMC and NASA / HALOE sites. In general, the variation of atmospheric density obtained by LIDAR from the density of NOAA / NMC and NASA / HALOE in the range of 34-43 km is about 10%, the temperature difference is less than 2 K, and the temperature deviation slightly larger than 34 km.
