邹县发电厂 3台高压加热器有时会发生泄漏。为保障机组的安全 ,泄漏后必须停机检修 ,因此 ,必须将热态下的高压加热器快冷至冷态。只要控制高压加热器的温升率在 1.9℃ /min以下 ,温度的变化对高压加热器寿命影响很小。因此 ,高压加热器的快冷在理论上是完全可行的。邹县发电厂 2号机组应用快冷技术 ,停机后 4h即可对高压加热器进行维修。
