我们应该准确理解身份证法律制度,正确使用身份证,减少不必要的损失和社会诚信危机。2008年10月20日的报道《身份证复印件被盗用骗贷2000万500无辜市民成被告》的“新闻提示”中有这样一段文字:“法官为广大市民支招,一方面要妥善保管身份证,谨防丢失;另一方面要在身份证复印件上骑角(斜对角线)写明用途,以防他人二次复印后用作他途。”法官这一提示有重大偏差,是对法律的误读,同时也是对公众的错误引导。
