中国首届现代工厂自动化技术与装备展览会于1995年5月25日～29日在北京国际贸易中心举行。会上日本WACO技研株式会社展出了最新推出的PC—XⅡ~+通用型1—6轴机器人控制器和配套用廉价、高性能AFS/LNE交流伺服系统。PC—XⅡ~+是在PC—XⅡ的基础之上发展而来的,其功能更强、更加规范。 当今工厂自动化(FA)系统已进入个性化发展的新时代,对机器人和物流仓储技术的需求普遍上升。为了适应这一新形势,日本WACO技研株式会社积20多年为机器人和无人搬运车厂家生产配套控制器和伺服系统的经验,率先推出了PC—XⅡ~+这一实用的简易工业机器人通用控制器。 PC—XⅡ~+多用途控制器结构紧凑,适应性强,可控制轴数为1—6轴。驱动设备为交、直流伺服电机和步进电机混合使用。使用类似Basic的简易机器人语言,用户很容易开发自己的机器人控制程序。该控制器具有多层任务处理功能,可同时运行两组用户程序,有处理绝对编码方式(器)的能力,配备算准的商用触摸式图形控制器对应接口和软件,便于实现用户专用的人机界
