企业开展绿色营销是社会和企业的双赢之举,有利于可持续发展战略的实现。笔者从开发绿色住宅、选择绿色渠道、开展绿色促销三方面探讨了绿色元素在房地产企业营销策略中应用。
Enterprises to carry out green marketing is a win-win society and enterprises, is conducive to the realization of sustainable development strategy. The author explores the application of green elements in the marketing strategy of real estate enterprises from three aspects: developing green housing, selecting green channels and promoting green marketing.
