利用场离子显微镜 原子探针和透射电子显微镜研究了Cu在非晶合金Fe 7Zr 3B 1Cu初晶转变过程中的行为 ,结果表明 ,结晶前有富Cu的原子团簇形成 ,结晶过程中富Cu的原子团簇为α Fe相提供形核位置 ,有效提高了α Fe的形核密度
The behavior of Cu during the transformation of the primary crystal of Fe 7Zr 3B 1Cu amorphous alloy was investigated by field probe and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that there are Cu-rich clusters before crystallization and Cu-rich atomic clusters It provides the nucleation sites for α Fe phase and effectively increases the nucleation density of α Fe
