伴随着现代信息技术的快速发展,现代信息技术已经渗透到社会中的各个行业,在目前的企业经营、运作与管理的过程中,也很大程度上运用着科学的现代化的信息技术。现代信息技术对人力资源管理模式产生了深远影响。本文首先对现代信息技术与人力资源管理进行了探讨,接着从人力资源管理流程、人力资源管理效率、人力资源管理成本与人力资源管理有效性四个方面阐述现代信息技术给人力资源管理带来的深远影响,并提出了在利用现代信息技术进行人力资源管理过程中需要注意的问题。
With the rapid development of modern information technology, modern information technology has infiltrated various industries in the society.
