Yu ear cliff gold deposit is a typical hydrothermal type deposits in eastern Hebei. The composition of sulfur and lead isotopes shows that the Archean metamorphic rocks are the main source rocks of gold deposits in the area and are the result of crust-mantle interaction. Oxygen isotopes indicate that the source of water is mainly atmospheric precipitation. During the deep cycle of atmospheric precipitation, gold was extracted from the surrounding rock several times, frequent magmatic activities enrich the ore-forming elements. The composition of the ore-forming fluid, salinity, pH, Eh, f (O2) indicate that gold migrates as [Au (HS) 2] - complex ions. Due to the change of physical and chemical conditions, the precipitation of gold has led to the formation of gold deposits in NE and NNE tectonic fissures
