目的:建立骨痛愈巴布剂中欧前胡素的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Zorbax SB-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(55:45);流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长:300 nm。结果:欧前胡素线性范围0.04～0.41μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.9%(RSD=2.77%)。结论:方法简便,可靠,可用于骨痛愈巴布剂中欧前胡素的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of imperatorin in bone pain-healing preparations. Methods: The chromatographic column was Zorbax SB-C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-water (55:45), the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1. The detection wavelength was 300 nm. Results: Imperatorin had a linear range of 0.04-0.41 μg (r = 0.9999) with an average recovery of 99.9% (RSD = 2.77%). Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable, and it can be used for the determination of imperatorin in Gu Gu Yu.
