通过沥青混合料小梁的室内二级荷载疲劳试验,模拟旧路沥青面层材料加铺前和加铺后的疲劳损伤特性。运用混凝土材料等效损伤理论,进行了半刚性基层荷载作用次数在加铺前后的换算,系统地提出了包括旧路面层和基层的剩余寿命预估、加铺层设计和验算在内的沥青加铺层设计方法,并采用此方法对山东省东港高速公路加铺结构进行设计。分析结果表明:初拟结构一、二的疲劳寿命都能满足交通量的要求,但是考虑到经济因素以及各结构层疲劳寿命与交通量的协调性,建议采用12cm LSPM-25的结构二作为东港高速公路的加铺结构。
Through the indoor two-stage load fatigue test of bituminous mixture trabecular, the fatigue damage characteristics of old asphalt pavement before and after paving are simulated. Based on the equivalent damage theory of concrete material, the load conversion times of semi-rigid basement before and after addition are calculated, and the asphalt plus including the prediction of remaining life of the old pavement and basement, Ply design method, and use this method to design the overlay structure of Donggang Expressway in Shandong Province. The results show that the fatigue life of the primary structure I and II can meet the requirements of traffic volume. However, considering the economic factors and the coordination between the fatigue life and the traffic volume of each structural layer, it is suggested to use 12cm LSPM-25 structure II as the east port Expressway paved structure.
