目的观察益溶口服液对脑梗死大鼠溶栓状态下再灌注后脑组织超微结构的影响。方法采用可逆性局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型与溶栓法相结合,模拟临床溶栓状态下的再灌注,在此基础上观察益溶口服液对脑组织超微结构的影响。结果益溶口服液能显著减轻再灌注后大鼠脑组织内微血管内皮细胞肿胀和管周水肿的程度,同时避免基膜的受损,使神经细胞及胶质细胞中线粒体、染色质等结构破坏明显逆转。结论益溶口服液能减轻脑梗死大鼠溶栓状态下再灌注后脑组织超微结构的破坏,具有一定的脑保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Yirong Oral Liquid on the ultrastructure of brain tissue after reperfusion in rats with cerebral infarction. Methods The reversible focal cerebral ischemia rat model was combined with thrombolysis to simulate the reperfusion in the state of thrombolysis. On this basis, the effect of Yirong Oral Liquid on the ultrastructure of brain tissue was observed. RESULTS: Yirong Oral Liquid can significantly reduce the degree of swelling and peritubular edema of microvascular endothelial cells in rat brain after reperfusion, and at the same time avoid the damage of basement membrane, and destroy the structure of mitochondria and chromatin in nerve cells and glial cells. Obviously reversed. Conclusion Yirong Oral Liquid can reduce the damage of brain ultrastructure after reperfusion in rats with cerebral infarction, and has a certain degree of brain protection.
