针对施工企业BT建设模式资金管理不顺畅的问题,采用对比分析的方法,分析了BT建设模式下的融资、投资及运作过程中的资金管理特点,结合A工程BT项目中的融资、投资及资金管理实践,总结出加强银企合作、模拟资金集中运用、加强对沉淀资金监控等在BT建设模式下的资金管理措施。研究结果对施工企业BT建设模式下的项目资金管理有借鉴意义。
Aiming at the problem that the construction enterprise management model of BT is not smooth, this paper analyzes the characteristics of financing, investment and operation in BT construction mode by using comparative analysis method. Combining the financing, investment and capital in A project BT project, Management practices, summed up to strengthen the cooperation between banks and enterprises, to simulate the centralized use of funds, strengthen the monitoring of deposits and other capital construction under the mode of BT’s capital management measures. The research results have reference meaning to the project fund management under the BT construction mode of construction enterprises.
