以柏子仁为原料,对柏子仁脂肪油超声波提取工艺进行研究。通过单因素试验和正交试验确定柏子仁脂肪油最佳提取工艺条件为超声波提取功率80%,提取时间55min,料液比1︰45(g/mL),试验温度80℃,提取率为33.65%。
Taking the seeds of Bozi as raw material, the ultrasonic extraction technology of Bozi kernel fatty oil was studied. Through the single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment, the optimum extracting condition of the fatty oil of oriental almond was 80%, extraction time 55min, ratio of solid to liquid 1︰45 (g / mL), temperature 80 ℃, extraction rate 33.65 %.
